Mini-one – small yet refined

To prepare our society for a sustainable future, Stettfurt-based architect Rainer Borcherding designed a series of 10 drafts for small houses that can be easily erected. His motto: “We don’t need more; but not any less, either.” WC, sink, shower, kitchen, cabinet, sofa (bed) – there’s just one of everything. The exception: two sliding doors with Hawa Frontino close flush to form a wall while opening up the room.
